Exchanges and Returns

You can only return any product purchased at the WAR PRODUCTIONS online store if the product is damaged, within 30 days after the day you received your order.

War Productions demands photographs of the package before opened, the package opened and the damaged product for validation of your return.

You can exchange the item within 14 days after receiving the order, only by an item of the same price.

You should send an email to warproductions@gmail.com to request the item you want to exchange, before sending the product.
